If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact support@V3Apparel.com within 14 days of the delivery date quoting your order number, full name, product name, details of the damaged/faulty or incorrect item and accompanying photographs of the following:
- Photographs of the incorrect item, faults or damages.
- Full length photo of the product(s).
- Photo of the V3 labels and logo for verification.
We will then work quickly to resolve this matter for you.
Please do not start a return for any damaged, defective or incorrect items through the Return Center or return any items of this nature without first being advised by a member of our customer support team. V3 Apparel cannot guarantee the safe return, reimbursement or replacement for any items returned outside of the above procedure.
