We are unable to modify or cancel any order once it has been confirmed by you at checkout. If you need to change or cancel your order please visit the Returns Center here to register a return request, following the instructions provided to return your items back to V3 Apparel in line with our returns policy for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned items, V3 Apparel will refund the amount of the cancelled products.
When an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel any orders as items are in transit and payment has been made by V3 Apparel to a third party courier for delivery. If your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, please await the delivery of your order and then submit a return request through the Returns Center found here, returning your package to the returns address provided to upon approval. Once your returned items have been received and inspected in line with our returns policy, a refund for the amount of the cancelled products will be issued back to the original payment method in 5 - 7 business days.
