How do I return my items?
- Start a return through our Returns Center above, submitting your order number and the email address used at checkout within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return, providing more details within the comment section to help our team identify and accelerate your return upon it's arrival.
- Choose your preferred resolution from the options provided. For an exchange, please select your preferred size for the requested replacement.
- Safely package your item(s) along with the order invoice, following the return instructions & within your return approved email.
Which items can and cannot be returned?
All eligible returns of products purchased at V3Apparel.com must be requested through our Returns Center within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns registered outside of this return period can not be approved and any item(s) returned without first being submitted and approved through the Return Center will not be approved.
Returns cannot be accepted for undergarments for hygiene purposes, gift card or digital E-gift cards, discontinued lines, items marked as 'Final Sale' and items purchased within our 'Only Sale Event of the Year'.
Items purchased at a 'pop-up shop', outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned through V3Apparel.com. These items are not the responsibility of V3 Apparel and may only be returned to the store of the original purchase following the companies own return procedure.
Have you received my return?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to confirm successful receipt of your package. Returns will be processed within 5 -7 business days from receiving your return and additional email updates will be sent once your item has been inspected and again once your refund has been processed. Exchange items will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days from receipt and an email notification will be sent once your exchanged item has been shipped.
Where will my refund be sent?
For security reasons, refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5- 7 business days from the day your return is delivered to our warehouse for your refund to be issued.
What is store credit?
Store credit is the fastest way to receive your refund and will be sent in the form of an instant digital e-gift card by email which can then be immediately redeemed at the V3Apparel.com checkout page.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Items returned for a refund to the warehouse will be processed within 5 - 7 business days from the date of receipt. Updates will be sent by email to keep you up to date with each stage of the returns process.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and a refund notification email will be sent to you, confirming that a refund has been made by V3 Apparel. The timeframe for the refund to be returned to your account will vary depending on the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds may take between 5 - 7 business days and up to two billing cycles to appear on your bank statement. PayPal refunds may take between 7 - 10 business days to be accepted into your account.
Are delivery charges refundable?
All original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable for returns.
Order returned due to incorrect or missing address information.
Please double check all information provided as we are unable to make any changes once an order has been confirmed. V3 Apparel are not responsible for the shipping address or customer information provided at checkout.
In the event whereby an incorrect shipping address has been provided, shipments will be returned to our location within 4-8 weeks. Upon return, a team member will follow up with you to request how you wish to proceed. For orders that are reshipped, a shipping charge will be invoiced by email for customers to cover the cost of a second outbound shipment. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please note that the original cost of shipping plus a 15% handling fee of the order subtotal will be deducted from any final refund. This deduction also includes any orders originally purchased with free shipping.
Can Final Sale items be returned?
Items purchased at V3Apparel.com marked with Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or flawed.
