How do I shop in my local currency?
V3Apparel.com supports a wide range of international currencies. Navigate to the footer at the bottom of any web page at V3Apparel.com and click the currency drop down menu to view all available currencies. Select your preferred currency to shop and checkout in your local currency. A full list of supported currencies can be found here.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Upon clicking to confirm your order details and agreeing to the terms of sale at the V3Apparel.com checkout page, payment will be requested from your payment provider to complete the purchase. You will always be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout and pending a successful security check and payment authorisation, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully paid and processed. Please ensure you review your order details and currency before placing your order as we cannot make any amendments once an order has been placed.
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
Why was my payment declined?
The most common reason is that your bank has declined the payment. It is normal procedure for banks to stop a payment which they may perceive to be unusually large, to a new recipient or for an international transaction.
